My Journey through the years

Full Stack Engineer from Prishtinë — building AI-powered systems, automation workflows, and production apps for clients across Kosovo, the US, Germany, and Belgium. This is the personal side of that journey.

Early Years

- I am a unique blend of two fundamental traits inherited from my parents -a combination unlike any other.

- ❤️ My mother is social, creative, and full of vibrant energy. She has a great sense of humor 😄, pays attention to the finest details 🎨, and brings warmth to every interaction.

- 🧠 My father is highly intelligent, with a logical approach to problem-solving. He has a natural ability to explain complex ideas clearly 📚 and excels in math and physics 🔢✨.

- And here I am 😁

2017

I won second place in Mehmet Akif School's math competition , earning a 100% scholarship worth 10,000 Euro 🎓—Pretty good right 🏆

2019

I enrolled in a 9-month graphic design course after school, dedicating 4 hours daily to learning and practicing 💪. The intensive program helped me master design fundamentals while developing my skills ✨.

After completing the course, I did a 3-month practice at Nika Dizajn to gain real-world experience 🚀.

2020

I enrolled in computer science and engineering at UBT 🎓 — studying algorithms, software, and systems while already looking for ways to apply what I learned outside the classroom.

That same year I founded Albin Studio® — a freelance studio helping businesses build their identity and grow online. I took on design and web projects one client at a time, so I could stay focused on the work while balancing university. What started as small side gigs grew into collaborations with 20+ companies across branding, print, and web 🚀.

One of the first places I put that into practice was Marakli Tbiciklave, a non-profit cycling organization I joined as a volunteer 💪. I designed brochures, flyers, stickers, and event announcements — sharpening my skills without slowing down my studies, and meeting people who made the whole journey feel worth it ✨.

2023

I joined Innovative Solutions as a front-end developer for two years — a supportive environment where I delivered five production apps, fixed a critical Next.js auth vulnerability, cut page load times by 30%, and mentored four interns.

It was more than a job: I grew technically and personally, learning discipline, collaboration, and how to ship reliable products with a team.

Through Albin Studio®, I crossed paths with Flon.be during a football session — a connection that led me into a new world of marketing. I started creating for 12 companies in HVAC, solar energy, insulation, and exterior finishing, working on brochures, banners, video ads, and campaigns.

2024

I graduated from UBT with a 9.61 GPA — in record time! 🎓 We had fun along the way, went beyond the syllabus, and my friend Granit made the journey competitive and memorable.

I also took on part-time full-stack work for a German marketing agency — owning hosting, security, design, and coding end to end. It significantly strengthened my skills.

2025

I joined Arcus Security L.L.C. as a full-stack engineer on Kosovo's official Election Results Management System (KQZ). I led Module 2 — planning with the government team, architecting the frontend, and shipping ERP UI/UX that handled 200M+ requests across national elections.

I built 50+ automated document flows, a B2B device lifecycle platform for 10,000+ assets, and n8n pipelines that cut manual data entry in half. After the main delivery I continued on a freelance basis through 2026, keeping ERMS stable in production.

Later in the year I joined Genpact as a Full Stack Engineer, building an AI-powered healthcare ERP with FastAPI and React — reducing manual workflows by 60%, shipping analytics dashboards, and a production healthcare chatbot on the Claude API that cut support tickets by 40%.
